PLYMOUTH – A Middleboro man has been sentenced to State Prison after he pleaded guilty to trafficking Fentanyl, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz announced today.

Mark Constantine (DOB: 7/30/86) of Middleboro, pleaded guilty in Plymouth Superior Court late Friday to one count of Trafficking Fentanyl over 10 grams. Judge Cornelius J. Moriarty sentenced Constantine to serve four years to four years and one day in State Prison.

After a month-long investigation, Middleboro Police identified Constantine as a distributor of Fentanyl in town. Upon execution of the search warrant, police found Constantine in possession of a large bag of Fentanyl and $395.
