The District Court Division of District Attorney’s Office prosecutes adult criminal misdemeanors and minor felonies in the District Courts. The District Court Division also prosecutes all juvenile offenders which fall under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Courts. The Juvenile Court has separate and distinct sessions which also reside in the District Court.

The District Court Division also represents the Commonwealth’s interest in all of the specialty courts of the District Court, including Community Court, Drug Court, Mental Health Court and Veteran’s Court.
