BROCKTON – Two women have been arraigned on drug charges in connection with an ongoing investigation into alleged drug distribution at Brockton Superior Courthouse, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz announced today.
Christine Lozanne (DOB: 02/16/63) of Norwood and Tineisha Lozanne (DOB: 03/16/92) of Dorchester, were arraigned in Brockton District Court today on one count each of Distribution of a Class A Substance, Heroin, Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substances Act, Delivery of an Article to an Inmate and Attempt to Commit a Crime, Delivery of an Article or Drugs to a Prisoner in a Jail.
The Lozannes, who are mother and daughter, were arrested late Wednesday afternoon by State Police. Both pleaded not guilty at arraignment today and were released on personal recognizance. They are next scheduled to appear in court on January 18, 2018.
The investigation into alleged drug distribution at Brockton Superior Courthouse is active and ongoing by State Police assigned to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, the Security Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court and the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department.
