Two Women Indicted on Drug Charges in Brockton

BROCKTON – Two women have been indicted on drug charges in connection with an ongoing investigation into alleged drug distribution at Brockton Superior Courthouse, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz announced today.

Christine Lozanne (DOB: 02/16/63) of Norwood and Tineisha Lozanne (DOB: 03/16/92) of Dorchester, were indicted today by a Plymouth County Grand Jury on one count each of Distribution of Class B Substance, Suboxone, Distribution of Class D Substance, Marijuana, Delivery or Receipt of Articles to or from Inmates, and Attempt to Commit a crime. They will be arraigned in Superior Court at a later date.

The Lozannes, who are mother and daughter, were arrested on November 15, 2017 by State Police. Their arrest followed an investigation into alleged drug distribution at Brockton Superior Courthouse. That investigation remains active and ongoing by State Police assigned to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, the Security Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court and the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department.
