Brockton Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash with Vehicle

BROCKTON – A Brockton man riding a motorcycle was killed in a collision with a car on Monday night, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz has announced.

At approximately 10:45 pm on Monday, State Police Detectives assigned to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office were notified by Brockton Police of a fatal collision involving a motorcyclist and a motor vehicle at North Main and Division Streets in Brockton. The operator of the motorcycle was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital where he was pronounced dead. He has been identified as 25-year-old Devin Rodrigues Delatch of Brockton.

The male driver of the car involved was not injured in the crash. He has not been charged and is not being identified at this time.

The crash remains under investigation by Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, along with Brockton Police, the State Police Crime Scene Services Section and the State Police Collision Analysis Section.
