BROCKTON – A Brockton man has been sentenced to time in State Prison after a jury convicted him today on Aggravated Rape charges, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz has announced.
After a day-long trial in Brockton Superior Court, a jury deliberated an hour and a half before finding Cameron Hill (DOB: 05/19/91) guilty of two counts of Aggravated Rape. Judge Richard Chin sentenced Hill to serve 12-16 years on each of the charges, to run concurrent.
In late April, 2016, Brockton Police began an investigation into a sexual assault allegation against Hill, by a female, juvenile victim.
