WAREHAM – A Lakeville man has been arraigned on charges he supplied a person with alcohol while they were underage and then allegedly raped and assaulted the victim, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz has announced.
Lakeville Police obtained a warrant and arrested Thomas Dunlevy (DOB: 01/04/65) of Lakeville over the weekend. He was arraigned in Wareham District Court today on one count each of Rape, Procuring Alcohol to a Minor, Assault and Battery and Intimidation of a Witness. Dunlevy pleaded not guilty and was held on $25,000 cash bail and ordered to stay away and have no contact with the victim in the case.
The charges stem from an incident on July 14, 2014 at a home in Lakeville. The victim reported to Lakeville Police that Dunlevy allegedly supplied alcohol and assaulted and raped him. The victim reported the incident to Lakeville Police on March 9, 2016. The investigation is ongoing.
