The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office Grants Unit is comprised of a Director of Grants and a Fiscal & Grants Specialist.

It is the responsibility of the Unit to write and prepare applications for funding opportunities, to identify and engage community partners, monitor and evaluate program success and submit required reporting to funders.

Each grant is assigned a Project Manager. It is the responsibility of the Director of Grants and Fiscal & Grant Specialists to offer their expertise and assistance in the grant process.

This ensures compliance with financial, contractual, and regulatory requirements including state and federal statutes, policies, procedures, and guidelines to certify that each Project Manager achieves maximum success.

The Grants Unit works collectively with a variety of internal teams including the Finance Unit, the Human Resource Unit, the Community Programs & Engagement Unit, the DEI Unit, the IT Unit, the Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC), Victim Services Unit, as well as, a variety of external partners including police departments, youth development organizations, community coalitions, and other non-profits.

Cooperatively the Grants Unit works to identify and implement new innovative methods to address community needs, while expanding community assets in Plymouth County.

The grants unit is a critical component of the District Attorney’s successes in engaging with community partners to build a healthy and resilient Plymouth County.
