BROCKTON – A man allegedly involved in the September beating of two Brockton men has been held pending the outcome of a dangerousness hearing, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz has announced.

Gallagher-Lee was held without bail pending the outcome of the hearing, scheduled for Friday in Brockton District Court.
On September 24, 2022, Brockton Police received several 911 calls in the area of Walnut and Appleton Streets for a report of a minor traffic accident that had taken a violent turn. The Brockton dispatcher could hear yelling in the background before the phone disconnected.
Upon arrival, Brockton Police located two male victims who had been physically assaulted with visible wounds. The men were transported to Good Samaritan Hospital for treatment.
Brockton Police interviewed several bystanders and reviewed video footage which allegedly showed a group of people, including Gallagher-Lee approach the two male victims and assault them.
Gallagher-Lee faces one count each of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon on a Person Over 60, Assault and Battery on a Person Over 60 with Serious Injury, Assault and Battery on a Person Over 60, and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
