Day 4 was very busy!
Full day at DARE Camp today. Epic water balloon toss, world record handwalker Mark Kenny performed, District Attorney Tim Cruz and our police chiefs took over grill duty for lunch!

Day 1 at DARE Camp is in the books!
Kicked off our 27th year of the Plymouth County Drug and Alcohol Resistance Education Summer Camp today at Whitman-Hanson High School.
Thanks to all of our school resource officers and teen peer leaders who make this a fun and memorable week for all the campers.
A little rain didn’t dampen spirits or their grip when campers took to the turf for the annual tug o’ war competition today.
Thanks to the crew from Boston Medflight for sharing with us your daily missions to save lives.
We rounded out the day with some intense kickball games and snowcones.

Marion Occupation Program’s 2024 Career Fair
Proud to participate in the Marion Occupation Program’s 2024 Career Fair.
It was a great afternoon meeting 5th and 6th graders at Sippican Elementary School.
We discussed our roles as prosecutors and the students were able to meet and greet one of our Plymouth County Comfort Dogs, Aggie and her handler Plympton Police Officer Cam Broderick.

Plympton Night Out 2023 and raising of the historic Mount Rushmore Flag
A beautiful night for the 2023 Plympton Night Out, Thank you to Chief Matt Ahl and the Plympton Police and Fire Departments for organizing this important community event.The historic Mount Rushmore flag was raised to open Plympton Night Out festivities.“The Mount Rushmore Flag has been on a 2 million mile, 35-year journey, crossing 3 continents. The flag has officially represented the US in over 30 countries.Commissioned by the U.S. Department of Interior National Park Service in 1986, the flag was sewn together and dedicated at the Kennedy Presidential Library in Boston before being stored for a time aboard the USS Constitution.In 1994, this flag became the 1st American flag carried under the English Channel.Although this flag was unfolded on the Plympton town green in 2018, it has never been flown in town. This flag raising may be the last time the flag is raised in Plymouth County as the flag is scheduled to be retired in early 2024.” Plympton Public Library -

|Thank you Marshfield FACTS and Marshfield Public Schools for having Officer Nancy Leedberg, Brockton PD and Detective Chip Yeaton, Canton PD present the parent substance use prevention program, “Not My Kid.”
Officer Leedberg a School Resource Officer, is well respected in her field and carries a wealth of experience working in both in the Brockton schools and the Brockton community. Officer Leedberg brought new comfort dog Bonnie along. Bonnie, a member of the Brockton Police Department, is one of our Plymouth County Comfort Dogs.
Detective Yeaton is a Special Advisor to the Massachusetts Task Force Report on School Safety and Security.
It was a pleasure to speak to the parents who came out to learn how to keep their kids safe.
